Tunde Aribido LLB (Hons – University of Lagos) LLM (Osgoode Hall Law School – York University, Toronto, Canada. Tunde also holds the specialist Health and Safety Certification of the American Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and the Health and Safety Certificate of the University of New Brunswick, Canada.
Tunde is the Prodiverse Legal Consultant leading the Oil and Gas, Project Finance, and Infrastructure Development team efforts.
He was called to the bar in Nigeria in 1983 and after a stint in private Legal practice joined the Shell Group as Legal Counsel and worked in Shell Group Companies in Nigeria and in London (England) and Aberdeen (Scotland).
Tunde was appointed as Country Head of Legal for Nigeria during which time he also served as Company Secretary to the Shell companies in Nigeria (SCiN) and Discipline Head of Legal for Shell Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA).
Tunde took early retirement from the Shell Group service and joined Sterling
Partnership Legal in 2010 and led the Energy Desk of the firm, providing services to multi-national corporations.
From 2017 to date, Tunde has been part of the Prodiverse Legal Team as Senior Partner, providing services as the Nigerian Legal Counsel in some high-profile Project Finance.
